We understand the stress of putting your TREASURED belongings up for sale

We pride ourselves on minimizing your stress by taking a very honest and comprehensive look at your items. We are experts in appraising and selling everything from home furnishings and decor to fine jewelry, bronze sculptures and fine art. We are seeking the best market value for these items all while keeping a stringent inventory in place so nothing is overlooked or forgotten.

What is an Estate Sale?

An estate sale is a method of selling contents within your home. Estate sales usually take place over several days and are open to the general public, drawing in many dedicated and interested buyers.

You determine what personal property you’d like to sell, we carefully evaluate it, meticulously inventory all belongings, diligently research and value, barcode tag, and then sell your items for you. Your estate sale will be conducted in a way that honors your home and your belongings. You will receive a direct deposit of your portion of the estate sale proceeds, based upon our contracted agreement. We will handle all aspects of your sale; from start to finish.

Our Proprietary & Proven Estate Sale Process

Step One: Clean, Organize & Merchandise

Our proven estate sale process takes approximately 2 weeks from start to finish. We will enter the home, and go room by room to clean, organize, set up, stage and merchandise all items for sale. We will bring in tables, cover them with fine linens, and display smaller high value items, such as fine jewelry, in tempered glass locking cases for safe keeping during the sale. The home is transformed into a high end retail experience for proper traffic flow, customer safety, and safekeeping of all valuables.

Step Two: Inventory, Research, Price, Barcode Tag ALL Items, Photograph, Market & Advertise

As Certified Personal Property Appraisers, we take the time to properly inventory, research, APPRAISE, value, and price items. ALL items are uniquely barcode tagged to include the location of the item, the price of the item, and a unique bar code that identifies the item. The business card size barcoded tags are then attached by hang tag to the merchandise and displayed prominently. Hundreds of professional photographs are then taken for advertising purposes. Your sale is published to 3 estate sale specific websites, Estate in Time's website, FB, google, and social media; hitting 80-150,000 people in the Phoenix metro area.

Step Three: Estate Sale & Post Sale Process

During the sale, we monitor and control the number of customers allowed into the home at one time. Once inside, we allow customers to purchase items by scanning the barcoded tag and utilizing our state of the art register system to complete the transaction. A receipt will print at the time of transaction and will be verified at the door by a staff member for exit. Following the sale, all item tags are removed, the home is swept and floors vacuumed. Post sale, a detailed report of all sold items to include item name, time and date of the transaction, as well as transaction number, is sent to you and your portion of the revenue is directly deposited into your bank. If clean out is required, we will discuss our vetted resources as appropriate to your situation.

Success Stories

I have been attending the fabulous Estate In Time sales for nearly 2 yrs. Their sales are always first-class, orderly, clean, fair priced with high caliber merchandise. They are always well attended. Sales are controlled in that folks must show their sales receipt when leaving to ensure theft has not occurred.  Sales are captured via bar coding so that a detailed list of items sold/price is provided to their client. They are gracious and friendly to everyone. I make a point to attend every one of their sales.”

“Have gone to many estate sales over the last two years and  Estate in Time is the best.  They run a very professional sale that is fair to their clients and provide opportunity for us shoppers to get some outstanding quality items. Every item is bar coded to protect the owners property and prevents diversion of items. It’s a win win for everyone.”

-Jerry

“We chose An Estate in time after viewing their A+ rating with  the Arizona BBB and their unique barcode system . We felt very comfortable with both Jen and Rob. At the end of the three day Estate sale, I’m pleased to report that most of the merchandise was sold. An Estate in Time rocks.”
