This is an amazing large Central Phoenix estate of the highest quality and is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places!

You won’t be able to resist acquiring a piece of Phoenix history from this house which is on the National Register of Historic Places. It is a time capsule. A widow, who was a pillar of Phoenix society, built this home for herself and her children.

The bricks of the house were made from the excavated earth from the basement. A sweeping curved staircase will take you to four bedrooms with high ceilings, period furniture, light fixtures and textiles. The living room and dining room furniture is spectacular. The kitchen will amaze you with vintage china and glassware. This house is a true gem! Come over and prepare to be amazed.

This is an amazing large historic estate. There is everything from fine Persian rugs, to antique Meissen, Majolica, and original paintings, including an amazing original by Daniel Sherrin! There is also an amazing amount of fantastic furniture such as a an absolutely beautiful Zebra Wood mid-century bedroom suite, a curved front 6-drawer Satinwood buffet cabinet, antique curved glass curio cabinets, very intricate French marquetry cabinets,  and some amazing lamps, including  Murano, a St Clair floral art glass lamp, mid-century amber glass lamps, a mid-century Blenko green glass lamp and many other unique floor and table lamps.

There are also many, many other museum quality one-of-a-kind pieces here. To name just a few, we have a Pairpoint double glass basket & plated Cherub figural centerpiece C. 1890, a Satin glass boudoir lamp from the early 1900s, a large number of American brilliant cut crystal pieces, many 19th Century and turn of the Century clocks, such as a French Louis XV style with a porcelain face from the late 1800s.

It would take a book to describe everything here. Look closely at the pictures because the items are not only beautiful, but are truly amazing and very high quality. This estate is from a prominent family in the area and they were huge collectors of fine furnishings, fine art and sculptures, Meissen and fine porcelain, and a whole lot more!
