You will be allowed access at the guard gate starting at 7:45am. UPON ENTERING THE COMMUNITY YOU MUST ONLY DRIVE DIRECTLY TO THE SALE AND THEN, WHEN YOU LEAVE THE SALE, RETURN DIRECTLY THROUGH THE GATE AT CLEARWATER PARKWAY AND TATUM BLVD AND EXIT.
There will be a PV police officer directing traffic at this sale. Please DO NOT drive through the neighborhood or knock on neighbor’s doors. Please show consideration to the community and do not block driveways. You will be parking on one side of the street only and if you park illegally, you will be towed per community guidelines.
