dedicated to a higher standard
a company built on respect, integrity and accountability
An estate sale often begins at a time of loss, relocation, changing health or significant transition. Families may be managing an entire household of personal property while also facing financial responsibilities, real estate decisions and the expectations of others.
Those principles shape every estate entrusted to Estate In Time. Jennifer and Robert provide thoughtful direction, communicate candidly and remain accountable from the initial review through final reporting-giving clients a clear and responsible path forward.
A NEW direction
Estate In Time was founded in 2014 by Jennifer and Robert Lamb, who understood through their own experience how important knowledgeable guidance, sound judgment and respectful communication can be during periods of significant change.
Drawing on their backgrounds in healthcare and business ownership, they created a company that brings together human understanding, informed decision making and clear accountability.
Jennifer’s understanding of people and personal property, together with Robert’s analytical and technical strengths, shaped an approach grounded in respect, integrity and accountability.
That shared vision continues to guide Estate In Time today-from the way clients are heard and recommendations are made to the responsibilities carried through the final result.
the principles that guide the work
Respect
Every estate carries its own history, circumstances and responsibilities. Estate In Time approaches each estate with consideration for the people involved, the property entrusted to the company and the decisions that must be made. Clients are heard, questions are addressed candidly and recommendations reflect an understanding that the work is both personal and consequential.
Integrity
Integrity is reflected in the decisions made when no simple answer exists-and in the choices made when no one is watching. Jennifer and Robert provide informed guidance, communicate expectations clearly and remain consistent in the principles applied throughout the engagement. Recommendations are shaped by the property, the market and the client's circumstances, never by convenience or promises made simply to secure a sale.
Accountability
Accountability is easy to promise but difficult to verify. Estate In Time demonstrates it through clearly defined responsibility, consistent oversight and reporting that allows clients to understand what occurred and the result achieved. From the initial review through final accounting, the work remains connected to a documented outcome-proof beyond promises.
a perspective shaped by experience
Estate In Time was shaped by experience extending well beyond estate sales alone. Jennifer and Robert bring together backgrounds in healthcare, business, technology, appraisal and the management of complex personal property. That perspective is critical from the earliest stage, particularly when downsizing, relocation, declining health, death or another major transition prompts relatives, friends, neighbors, realtors, prospective buyers or other interested parties to begin identifying, claiming, donating or removing property before the owner’s needs, the estate’s obligations and the available options are fully understood. The contents remain the property of the owner, trust or estate and may represent an important source of funds for housing, medical expenses, relocation costs, creditor obligations, administration expenses or beneficiary distributions. Once the most desirable and valuable items are dispersed, the remaining contents may no longer support a professionally conducted sale. Our responsibility is to protect the client’s interests, preserve the available options and provide the documentation a fiduciary may need to account for the decisions made. Estate In Time provides the independent oversight necessary to protect both the property and the interests of the owner, trust, estate and beneficiaries.

THE RESPONSIBILITY REMAINS PERSONAL
Jennifer and Robert remain directly involved because meaningful responsibility cannot be separated from the people making the decisions. Their combined experience informs how property is evaluated, how recommendations are communicated and how each estate is represented from the initial review through final accounting.
For clients, that continuity provides something increasingly difficult to find: direct access to the people responsible for the work, informed decisions supported by experience and a documented result that can be clearly understood.
